2012-2013: Third Year

I am amazed, every year around this time, by how blessed I am to be able to play music with Portland Chamber Music. As many of our readers know, PCM started as a conversation between myself and others as grad students at PSU. We knew that we liked classical music, as well as rock, rap, country, and jazz. We didn’t know why there seemed to be an invisible, impenetrable line between classical and the rest.

This year, PCM will be taking classical music to neighborhoods that no one else goes and playing for people who would not otherwise be exposed to classical music. We couldn’t do this without the support of our wonderful patrons. Thank you all so much. Here’s to a great PCM season!!
